Centennial Training International Middle East and Africa (CTI MEA) has been established in 2002 and primarily supports automotive partners, OEMs as well as large dealerships, in the GCC, Levant and North Africa markets.
CTI MEA offices are located in Dubai Motor City, overlooking the Dubai Autodrome race track, offering a convenient and central location.
The role is based in Dubai and reports to the General Manager, CTI MEA. It requires travel across the Middle East and North Africa. The role supports CTI MEA client distributors with appropriate training to improve sales and/or technical competence development. The role supports CTI MEA client’s brand, and will require attendance at Train-the-Trainer events or observe training courses.
Develop and/or adapt training material
Delivery of 120-150 days of commercial/truck sales and/or technical training
Ensure that participant numbers per course are maximized to achieve training efficiency
Measure training quality and ensure that training quality is continuously maintained to high standards.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and coordinate with CTI MEA client a rolling annual training calendar Develop and/or adapt training courses to market/product requirements
In coordination with CTI MEA client, generate training report as per agreed schedule
Communicate regularly with CTI MEA client to ensure KPIs objectives are met
Attend Train-the-Trainer sessions as required

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
Experienced instructor of at least 3 years delivering commercial training and 5 years of industry experience, sales and/or technical with OEM or dealership
Technical and/or sales qualification
Ideally fluent in English, French and Arabic
Mercedes Benz experience highly preferred
Strong Organisational Skills – Ability to multitask and prioritise workload

Proven Communication and interpersonal skills to all levels

Ability to work on own initiative
